Costa Cálida WRE middle. A really good run except for +1.5’ to 14th controls (after spectator control, 3 controls to finish). There’s room to improve, and I can see that my shape isn’t as shit as I thought - nice!

Costa Cálida sprint jog. Glad I gave up my sprint-o career, this was really nice, but I really don’t know how to find the best routes in these labyrinths… Couldn’t be bothered, just enjoyed the views.

Prologue fast. Much better technically (but still have to trust my compass more), easier to concentrate when I'm running fast :) Ankle was suprisingly ok on the stony ground, nice!

Night-o HSK + HS. Finally orienteering that I enjoyed again! Ran a bit faster than planned (try running a mass start easy), but still had it under control technically. Tried to be very precise with my compass - it worked! Also really really happy that my ankle was fit enough to run fast down the canyons, this was fun!

Middle fast speed. After a messy 1 and 2 I caught a good flow until 13, where I spent 5’ looking for a flag that wasn’t there, then it was hard to “start over”. Jadaa, otherwise quite good technically. Stiff calf + painful top of foot…
