wanted to do track intervals but it was pissing rain so i decided to do intervals in malesicky in the "rain break", but 30 seconds into my first interval came a SHOWER of rain so i was like naah and went home. came home and it never rained again. jada.

desperate times call for desperate decisions. ran out of coffee, was REALLY trying to focus the whole morning, impossible, the only thing i could think about was that i don't have coffee, so i had to run to the cafe for some beans, ended up having a presso and cake. not the most productive but definitely nice with a lil yummy yummy in my tummy
