4 Towers w Kip. First 1 felt easy, still felt strong on the 3rd, but the lights went out on the 4th. Cardio/lungs felt ok, but my legs felt like lead. Picked it up on the way downhill and recovered quick.

Core strength routine (rehab routine) + walkout push-ups w some shoulders and lats work w theraband and bosu ball, finished with stretching. Legs feel tight. Felt good to stretch.
