Easy run didn't feel as easy. Not a great sleep last night with kids waking up. Nose has become pretty sensitive to the cold. Used buff on/off to cover face, which might have had an effect on my ability to run relaxed.

Felt tired. Shitty sleep the night before. Late lunch at work and fought gut issues. Tough to maintain the steady's after the surges. The surges were good, but started slowing down near the middle. Did my best to refocus and finished strong.
