3.5hrs with Rebecca and Kyle (for most of it) in centennial/shuniah/trowbridge.
Previewing the 25K course + some extra.
Felt good, left hammy was a bit tight at first and a bit near the end, but the cardio was great and rest of the body felt strong. I had 3 x 500mL flasks of tailwind with me, which should have been enough + 2 x 180 cal spring gels, but felt like I could have drank more. I had salt all over my eyes area.

Lunch run up Rabbit Mtn lookout.
Felt good to stretch the legs. I picked up the pace and climbed up the gut of the lookout, which turned to a hike with the very steep ascend. Felt good but my left hamstring was a bit tight.
