4Hr run on James Duncan Nature Trail.
Ran solo and enjoyed the views. Focused on maintaining a steady effort throughout and hydrating well. It rained for most of the time, so I ran slowly on the techy sections.

I brought my poles but they were more of a nuisance than anything. I found much more comfortable running downhill without the poles.

I was a bit nervous about this workout, given my left hammy issues, but it went well.

I picked up the intensity for the ups, but was comfortable and in control. It wasn't all that fast, but it was definitely a higher intensity than what I've been running.

Ran 12 Baldy repeats with Rebecca. Kyle joined for 7 of them.

I was dealing with stomach issues all morning and last night.. I ended up running more than originally planned for, but other than the stomach, the cardio and body felt really good.

We ran 8 hills, then a stretch on the road, followed by 4 more repeats and a final 3km of road.
