Garmin Coach Day 1
Quite fun, and really happy that I could do that pace (relatively) easily - only tiring a bit near the end. Could've done a 1500m in sub-5.50!

Note

Haven't been doing as much training as I wanted to, but have just been trying to enjoy it - as had quite a large mental down since illness. Also had lots of niggles when trying to increase the training load - which has just made it worse.

Tried not to put too much pressure on myself during GCSEs, but have failed at that as well - resulting in nightmares when sleeping and panic attacks in the exam hall if it's not going to plan
Also been seriously worried about my menstrual cycle (*trying to break the taboo I have), as it's not at all regular, so that's kinda worrying

All in all, stressed, anxious and un-motivated, leading to a downwards spiral right now, so trying to do training techniques to get me out of it, such as use the Garmin Coach - hopefully will keep me to a HM training plan for a decent pace.

Just trying to see the light rn, and living for the O weekends when I see other friends - annoyingly not the O itself
Also hoping that it will all get a lot better once exams are over - especially when it gets closer to Stockholm time!

Rachel Platten soundtrack really getting me through this time rn
