Scottish champs-Craig leach
Good run. Made about two minute of mistake which is a bit annoying. Just overshot 1, undershot 17 and an awful bearing on a 60m leg.
But annoyed to be 30s down but still happy with it. Great area terrain was so nice. Was in flow state the whole way round

Grandtully training loops.
Trying to really work on my bearings. Still we’re a bit hit and miss but most were good. Couple were proper off and in a n area where it is pretty hard to relocate had to just bail back out and go in again. Still good fun, good training.

Balkello-local event
Slow and hesitant. Control circle nav was not good in the tekky bit
wore the ankle brace but got too painful and took it round in the back
Good area very tough physically
Still felt I got a lot out of it though


Looking back on the week really good. A lot of kms and a good amount of nav in good tough terrain. Hopefully this will stay. Don’t feel any new injuries creeping in. All in all a great week
