| Shadowed Stephen around Sprint A at Crandalls. He did real well with only a few helpful comments from his mom. Made sure I had a map with me as well, in case he took off on a run that I couldn't keep up. Luckily he doesn't move that fast when he's navigating on a more advanced course at the same time. |

| Sprint B at Crandalls, which I did first, figuring that Sprint A would be better to go with Stephen. Fun course, even if I don't really like sprinting. I do love reading a 1:5,000 map though! Messed up 2-3 pretty bad, otherwise ok. |
