| COC Middle Distance Championship. Finished 9th out of 16 so not the best result. It was a very hard map to interpret and we probably should have checked out the model event which might have helped. Really had trouble on the first two controls until figuring out how to read the "negative contours." And it was too hot! |

| Canadian Orienteering Championships Sprint event at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, course 3, Finished 5th out of 15 so I was pretty pleased. Navigation went real well, just couldn't run the whole time. Don't usually like sprints because of all of the running, but I enjoyed this one. It was a beautiful campus. |
