Brown Course, Bear Brook State Park - A couple of smart moves and some really dumb ones as well. Smart to have waited until the worst of the rain was over before heading out on the course; dumb moves on the way to #2, #3 and #5. No real reason for the errors. Argh! And maybe I should have moved up to Green.

Treadmill after work. Since I signed up for the sprint at West Point, I thought I should spend a bit of time seeing how my knee behaves if I jog a bit. It felt ok. 23

Loop around Miller Rd from my parents house. Stupidly forgot to charge watch after yesterdays hike, so died pretty early. Time is approximate. Distance was confirmed afterwards with the car. Nice morning to be out.
