orienteering race 1:24:53 [4] 10.5 km (8:05 / km)

Hakas long-distance race in Valkeakoski. I tried to be bold and run faster than in Saarijärvi. Physically it was good because I could run the whole race despite the hot weather. However, I made some mistakes; I had two bad control picking decisions (sum 5 min).

Even though I had had a clean race, the result would be the same. If I want to achieve something I have to be able to run faster in the forest. (Split times tell that the gap between me and the winner grew steadily.) The solution is quite simple I must be in better shape and develop my orienteering skills.
