During was okay Had enough of the energy To had a good session.
+2h: good Tired Body from all.
24h-post race: nice spierpijn at quads, groins and hipflexors

Friday May 17 #

Felt good before during after 100m.
WU 200m, groin and hipflexors slight pain while dynamic stretching. . Went better progressively during WU.
Doing prep starts for 200m, both gastrocnemius started to fatigue much.
Then, in-race blockpush, step 1 -> at step 2 felt a big cramp in both gastrocnemius (inner part). Cramp continued trough the bend and the straight, progressively more, was at a thin line of pulling out.

+16h No pain involved neither shins nor Achilles nor hamstring. Groin and hipflexors slightly painful, middle and inner quads (closer to my hips than knees) little shaky in bend/squat position.


100m PB = 12,04 (-0,2m/s) (10/2022) -- Ran 12,13 (+1,1m/s)
200m PB = 24,60 (-0,2m/s) (10/2023) -- Ran 24,85 (+1,3m/s)

Forgot my compressions again (2nd time). Shins felt slightly prickly (2,5/10). But must be normal after yesterday's race at 105%.
+30h post race. Quiet some tight hamstrings and hamstring spierpijn. Light hipflexor tightness.

Felt ready and good. Slight tightness right and left, here and there but okay.
+5min, both achilles and calf tightness. Shins OK
+2h tired shoulder blades, calfs and hipflexors. Shins tired but not painful. Shins (2/10)
