Was a very good session. Went straight through it. Technique was quite advanced. Felt nothing in shins during.
Now shins a bit fatigued (1,5/10).
+20h shins ok, spierpijn in right hamstring,chest and uppercore starts
+32h quite heavy spierpijn in upper core and chest (I think ab roll-outs). Weird that it is right hamstring, nothing in left.

Two times 16min walk. About two hours in between.
My friends walked much faster than my usual pace. This stressed shins. Shins (1,5/10)

Hard negative wind. And I went more on: comfort technique rather than go out hard (and ugly)
1st rep 200m: target was 28,9sec (85%), I clocked 29,9sec
2nd rep 200m: target was 24,6sec (100%), I clocked 27,2sec

Felt 'sleeptired' all day. But shins were getting better.

Tuesday May 21 #

Did a full session of quality. Bursted through.
Shins (almost) no pain, I don't know how, but it feels so good!

Dancing 45:00 [2] **

Instead of walking. Did 6times 7-8 minutes dancing at Theatre.
Shins did come up with the time, shins (2/10)

Monday May 20 #

Felt ready to go.
After 1st 100m, the hipflexors felt full of spierpijn & tight. Pretty uncomfortable. The 2nd 100m demanded more effort than usual.
+16h, stretches did me good yesterday.

2nd rep 100m: target was 12,0sec (100%), I clocked 13,3sec
