Although many activities poor sleep and poor nutrition, felt 95% ready and sharp to race! Shin muscles had spierpijn in front (more right).
Good race (start not sure, but tight psoas yes), but disapointed I did not beat my rival.
Very happily surprised that: after back-to-back races, quite a Mon-Fri weekload and 3day family weekend festives activities, my Shins are good (this means: slight feel, nothing painful, nothing more than usual, confident to stand and walk in the afternoon/evening, 2/10).

Felt good and confident before the race. Shin muscles were fatigued from the walk. Felt good to race, but missed something at the start (no psoas feel), could've cost me the three tenths.
Did loads of activities (tug of war) and standing during the day. Shins stayed at (2/10)

Was quite afraid to do a long walk. And even more when I realised it was this long.

Felt all good and ready before & during.
Was neurotically fatigued right after. Much more than usual, felt good.
Shins felt better after, haha.
+20h, butt spierpijn and a little in hamstrings (back nothing)

-3h, feel my shins slightly itch. First time in several weeks.
During exercise was all good
+1h feel my shins slightly prickly and more tired than usual. Shins (2,5/10).

New starts went good, combined old with new, felt fast.
