Felt good before.
Session went really good. Got more and more confidence in my start. Shins and Achilles are well.
+1h, no particular feels while stretching, just left adductors slightly (same as Thursday)
+24h, kind of feel them coming up a bit. Shins (2,5/10)

Was a little dance. Nothing elaborate. 1x 11min, 1x 6min, 1x 4min.
Lower legs felt full of bloodstream due to training. Felt bit tired but okay.

I was all good today. Now evening shins feel a bit (1,5/10)

Had sone different feels in my Achilles around and after training.
They come up, go away, more pronounced, almost gone and so on. Having cold feet seems like a predictor for achilles inconfort.
Shins are all good (1/10). Track session went well

Quite a hard session. Wasn't overflowing with energy beforehand. But had good music and went straight through the wall. RPE was about right, but I can tolerate more weight if I am properly prepared.
Shins alright. Achilles were too, but did notice them one time during the evening. Trained on different shoes, but felt confident in them.
+24h, adductors (left one more) had a good stimulus by the Copenhagen plank. Felt them during and after Thursday track-speed session.

Had been in passive recovery all day, so this felt good.
Shins feel good.

Monday Jun 10 #

Before: my feels/pains are good and so are my muscles. But energy and awareness are quite sleepy/low. I feel confident to do a full strength ‘gym 2’ session.
Session was good, the deadlift (5-6 rpe) and splitsquad (6-7 rpe). pull-ups and push-ups the hardest.
+12h, feel good a bit weary but I know I can recovery optimally until the whole day
