Komoot special planned by yours truly in the croatian mountains with a decently sized euoc squad.
Started off with everyone before we split to go off on the long route, lots of long hard climbing and Joe and I were almost struggling to keep up with the others while they were chatting away up front.
Insane views throughout and saw some people heading up to do the via ferrata at the top of one of the mountains which we wisely decided to avoid.
A few short stops but mostly keeping moving, hoping not to tread on any undiscovered land mines along the way.
Second half was all down hill and felt not too bad when pace pushed a bit, knee felt a bit on the way up but was careful on the steep downhills. It's definitely due a few rest days but hopefully not too many needed and I can finish the week off on sunday.
Cooked by the end but a stop for essential nutrients and a swim sorted me out before dropping people off at the airport.
