just starting log.
was doing a training run earlier in the year and got ilotibial band pains in knee cap. went to ortho doche said i have an old tear in my acl but since i had done alot of stuff without incident i shoud be fine. my plan is to slowly ramp up my distance but im not going for speed for at least a few months. I think will post a question to see if anyone else has had similar problems.
anyway, this run was ok i had a little more pain the next day but nothing crazy.
