Running 32:43 [2] 3.58 mi (9:08 / mi)

Slow and easy. I took several days off of running because I had developed some knee pain after recent runs. In fact, my knee has been somewhat sensitive since early summer. Strangely, orienteering does not seem to bother my knee, nor does hiking. Running, however, can be problematic. After doing some web surfing, I wonder if I've got a case of Runner's Knee or Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. After doing so web surfing, I have the idea that it's better to strike the ground o the balls of my feet or midsole, as opposed to the heel.

In any case, my knee feels great after the rest days. Today, I took an easy pace and tried to focus on improving my running mechanics. After my run this morning, the knee feels fine!
