Nice, quick 10 miunute workout. Does this type of training improve performance?

Purged a demon by re- running the recent Blue Hills score-O. The first time through, I made a mistake, got disoriented, and floundered. This time, I could actually read the map. Fun.

Another great course at Salmon la Sac. Great terrain. Made some mistakes early on, then got tired, twisted an ankle on the way to 9, and then started cramping up. -- had a great time from beginning to end.
