An easy morning

Had to be out the door before 5 this morning to squeeze a run in. The surprising thing is that it doesn't seem to matter how early it is you always see some one else running or riding.

Home to Peel St, then 6 ascents of Peel St incline, effort up and jog down, and then back home. Interesting that the pace on the return run was about 20 seconds per km faster than the outward pace.

Almost turned the alarm off and rolled over, but got up instead. The rain was horizontal but didn't last too long, otherwise an uneventful run.

Home to The Strand and then back home. Had to shorten the trip down to The Strand after the alarm failed to go off.
