Warm up jog before sprint, then a lap around the lakes after

Genarally good, except for 5 and 17. Missed the footpath between the houses leading to 5, so had to come back probably 20 seconds and then not enough care heading out of 16 and hit 18, and had to go back to 17, cost about 30 seconds.

Nice crisp Canberra morning. Maintained a very even pace for the first 8 km, with only a 5 second range, then the last 3 were 10 seconds faster.
