This was a pretty easy session. 2k warm up to Hatt reserve, then 2 x 2k and 2 x 1.2k, which were separated by some leg exercises; finished with 1.6k run home. (Saving the effort for the billy cart race at lunchtime)

Relaxed early run to Newport and back. Big contrast to yesterday, which was fine and sunny. This morning it was thunder, lightening and at times bucketing down, but at least I missed the hail.
