Warm up run from home to Hatt reserve and then warm down run home, and some jogging between drills.

Part of session. It was another warm morning so harder than the time by itself suggests

16x 100, with 10 seconds between. Two blocks of 8 with the tempo run between. The drill was 20 seconds on 10 seconds off, and run 100m each of the 20 second on periods. Succeeded.

Took the street o map from last season and ran around all controls. Was going steadily until about 7 k then started to struggle with the warm humid conditions, so decided 10 was enough.

out through jawbone reserve and back. Really humid morning. Was keeping a teddy pace until putting in a couple of guicker kms on the way back.
