A reasonably simple course, most of the decision were left/right, with little to chose between. A couple of hesitations, but an otherwise clean run. Legs felt tired today, and felt I was struggling, but best placing so far. ?

Nice Sunday run. A couple of slow kms, as part of a bigger group, but generally a n even pace in a small group.
