Enjoyed the SIS. Generally good run, except for 6, where dropped about 40 seconds. Went down the stairs, but then started the wrong way, took a bit of thinking to correct. After that got better at locating the stairs on both levels. Not as sharp as I might have wanted

Out through Jawbone Reserve and back. Really clear morning and the bay was flat, almost perfect conditions

Had to shorten things this morning in order to make it into the office for 7:30. Did this as a warm up for the exercise class and skipped the usual run home.
