From the hotel did a loop around Salisbury then out to Quidhampton and back along the lower road as a bit of a nostalga tour.
Yesterday marked the 1 year aniversary of the Skripal poinsoning in Salisbury. The clean up is complete with all the contaminated items safely buries. This includes their house, the seat they were sitting on and the ambulances.

Short run around StJames park. Had an early train to catch

Headed to Regents Park and then Primrose Hill. Do a couple of ascents of the hill, which made a good change from the normal flat. Climb was basically confined to one km section, went up and over then looped back and up from the other side. Good view over London, pity it was damp. Added in a lap of the inner circle as well.
