In Paris overnight, so a run around the streets from the Marias to Eleyees. Broke out the zoom fly’s for one last run. After a couple of k warm up picked up the pace and ran tempo, before a km warm down.

A couple of slack days. Friday morning slept in a bit longer than I wanted so had to skip, and then a late night on Friday so skipped Saturday.
Odd thing happened overnight. The clocks went forward an hour for the start of summer time, and the Garmin, which had been on European time went forward an hour by itself, so it was still an hour ahead. First time it has happened. No idea why.
