running 47:20 [3] 10.0 km (4:44 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Fly knit cream

A bit slower at the start, followed by a solid middle section, then eased off for the last k.
Overall was faster than I anticipated.

Thursday Aug 8, 2019 #

running 35:10 [3] 7.1 km (4:57 / km)
shoes: Kayano 25

Loop around St James Park. A bit sluggish this morning after a bit of a disturbed night with whatsapp traffic following birth of first grand child.

Noticed how heavy and hard the kayanos seemed compared to the flyknits. The kayanos are getting old and nearly ready for retirement, but the flyknits are a much softer bouncy feel, even the older pair.

Exercise session 20:00 [3]

running 49:30 [3] 10.2 km (4:51 / km)
shoes: Nike zoom fly knit grey

Regents Park.
Could easily have turned the alarm off this morning an stayed in bed, after a 1 am phone call, but rolled my way through the run, which felt OK

Tuesday Aug 6, 2019 #

running 36:20 [3] 7.4 km (4:55 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Fly knit cream

St James Park and green park. A bit sluggush to stat with, and slowed at the end, but the middle was really solid.

Exercise session 20:00 [3]

Gym session. Swapped the training days around this week, so only 2 gym sessions

Monday Aug 5, 2019 #

running 44:10 [3] 9.1 km (4:51 / km)
shoes: Nike zoom fly knit grey

Hyde Park.

Sunday Aug 4, 2019 #

running 1:00:40 [3] 12.6 km (4:49 / km) +50m 4:43 / km
shoes: Nike Zoom Fly knit cream

Circuitous route through Regents Park to Primrose Hill and back. Flat until Primrose Hill Park, and flat back, all the climb was in the loops around the hill. Managed it better than I thought I might, but should try and do some hill sprints occasionally
