Toughest run for a long time. Staying In a little village on the Wales-England border with a lot of hills around. Out and back run, with a couple of flat sections, the rest was up and down.

Ran a section of the Pembroke coastal path. Staying at St David’s for the week end, so took the opportunity for one of the most scenic runs in a long time. Single track along the cliff top weaving in and out of the coves and up and down to the beach and then back to the cliff top.
Yesterday took a drive and passed through the village of Prendergast on the outskirts of Solva.
