Went east along the cycle path this morning for several km. A steady gentle incline. Then back to the town and up the zigzag.

Didn’t run the whole way back up the hill today because had extra croissants and the bags started falling apart with sweaty hands. Took a short cut up the steps and just made it before one of the bags collapsed just as I was walking in the door. Fortunately breakfast was saved by great reflexes.

Staying about 400m from the centre of Apt, perched up high. It is 1.2 km around the switch back road down at 10%, and the same coming back. Running 5:10s on the flat at the bottom, but 6:20s coming back up.
