Back to the gym for a weights session. It's sooo boring. Back to lighter weights today after a break for the races. I predict I'll still wake up hurting all over though.

To gym and back over Bolehill.

Running 40:00 [2] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

Too tired for Hallamshire so just some junk miles up Loxley via Tricketts hill.
