Running 50:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (10:00 @4) 9.0 km (5:33 / km)

Squad planning weekend. Bit tired after yesterday so skipped the interval session, but did the warm up, some drills, a bit more jogging and 10 short hill sprints. Good to have some expert advice on this stuff.
