Warm up jogging, then a threshold session along a dismantled railway line to Rother Valley, two laps of the lakes and then back. Followed by a long hill effort and a special surprise. The first half was very easy and sociable, the second half was reasonably fast but also comfortable. Felt surprisingly good today...will probably be tired tomorrow though.
