Another rest day to try to sort this out - I think it's not actually the hip flexor that's the problem, it feels more like a standard groin strain, and not a bad one, but with OMM next week I don't want to take any chances...

Got bored in the afternoon and couldn't resist going out to Burbage to put in a couple of hours surveying on the boulders map. Jogged very gently down and back from Burbage bridge to loosen up the hip, seemed to work, it felt better after.
