Running Drills 20:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (10:00 @3) 1.0 km (20:00 / km)

Running drills with KC. Legs a bit on the sore side so kept it nice and relaxed.

Running 30:00 intensity: (15:00 @2) + (10:00 @3) + (5:00 @5) 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Fast up the hill (I was late), some sprints (accelerate, sprint, float) then jog down the hill.

Circuits 10:00 [1]

Strength workout when I got home.
