Some running at last. Not feeling very inspired by the busy streets so I resorted to laps of Russel Square. My plantar hurt for the first 10, then I had 10 of feeling quite good, then my muscles started to feel stiff again. I really did hurt myself on Saturday!

Took a Borisbike for a spin again, but the traffic was too bad to get anything worthwhile done, too stop-start.
