Running 2:15:00 intensity: (2:05:00 @2) + (10:00 @4) 19.0 km (7:06 / km)

Win Hill, Haggside, Fairholmes, Derwent Edge. Nice scenic and sociable run with Rob and Ben. Legs still complaining from Thurs, but this seemed to help. Spent an intimate few moments with Rob when he got his crotch caught on some barbed wire.
