Running 1:27:43 intensity: (20:00 @2) + (1:07:43 @4) 17.0 km (5:10 / km)

DPFR club race, Burbage nutless: Porter clough, ox stones, Houndkirk hill, Higger, pole, Rud Hil. Ran at tempo sort of pace and enjoyed the route in spite of the lack of coconuts, shame there wasn't anyone to race at the sharp end. Very icy in places, sore calves from all the hammering on hard surfaces.
