To the AMRC and back for some teaching. Except I got a bit lost on the way there...thought it would all be OK if I just followed the Parkway, but overlooked the fact that I was actually following the A57. Tried to relocate at Shirebrook, but had to ask a kind lady for directions. The last bit was full on timetrial. More successful on the way back.
