Planned another swim but woke up to a stunning morning and could not resist a spin up the hill for a lap of Burbage. Nice way to start the day.

Rebuilt my bike. Not a resounding success. Low point came when I finished the job only for Jenny to point out that my pedals were attached at 90 degrees.

Short test ride - not bad, bit of tweaking needed.

Note

Chiro. Bum and hamstring have been niggly all week in spite of doing almost nothing. However there seems to be progress on some measures - nerve pain has reduced and strength and activation seem to be good. Another week off running though. I will kick this.
