Broke the hour! Round Eccy Woods, etc. Steady for the most part but put a bit more effort in up to Limb Valley, steady on the return descent. All feeling pretty solid. Now I need to keep the discipline and not get carried away.

Morning ride with Rob out to Midhopestones via Strines, back via Wharncliffe. Gorgeous morning, warm already at 6am with not a lick of wind, slight mist hanging over the reservoirs. All very enjoyable.

Parks at lunchtime. Hamstrings still bothering me on both sides but the run seemed to help. L side (non-injured side) started complaining a little more in the last ten minutes. Still pretty sure it is DOMS from the Nordics, but it is ridiculously severe from an exercise that seemed so innocent.

Lunchtime run up to BHP. Feeling a little more sprightly and runner-like than of late. Injury side felt great, but non-injury side was a little niggly, possibly after attempting some tentative nordics last night.
