Made the most of the extra hour to get out for an early one. Lap of Stanton Moor, ticking off a few new roads. Greasy conditions meant that I was very cautious on some of the descents and struggled with traction on some of the steeper climbs. Struggled on the climb to Owler Bar and back up to Carter Knowle and pretty spent by the end. Lovely autumnal route and much enjoyed.

Another early one. Along the Strawberry Line from Sandford to Yatton and back. Got into a nice rhythm on the way back and felt as though I was moving well. Heart good again today.
Progression run first thing in the morning. Spontaneous decision on waking and discovering that the road I chose to follow was a 1500m-ish loop around a quiet industrial estate. I felt like something mindless and this was it! The body responded surprisingly well given the time of day and both injury and heart felt good.

Evening cruise around the streets. A bit of a struggle to get out after a day trip to Manchester, but really enjoyed it and heart much more settled after.

Lunchtime up to Bolehill Park. Felt really good today, light and springy and almost no discomfort in my SI. The first time for a while that running has felt effortless. Possibly the benefit of a longer run yesterday? Or I'm getting ill. Whatever, I enjoyed the feeling!
