Couple of laps of the block barefoot to start followed by a lap of the fields. Tired legs and lower back a little stiff, but not too bad really.

Lap of Ogden from Thornton. Stunning day and really enjoyed the route, even finding the rougher sections reasonably comfortable. The road bits were a slog in places though and tired by the end as is standard for this sort of length run at the moment.

Twice up Hero's at lunchtime! Running to get up it rather than as an effort, but nice to be on this hill again. Felt good with no issues, other than the steepness and my lack of hill fitness. 6.11, 6.04.

Part of the blue loop at lunchtime. Not so much blue today as murky brown. Back clunky for the middle half hour, a little better by the end.

IW. Tired and very sore hip flexor. OK other than that. Wet and cold.

HFW in the apocalyptic rain. Within seconds of leaving the office I was soaked through and had a massive grin on my face. Enjoyed splashing through all the floods while the traffic stood stationary and the walkers tried in vain to keep their shoes dry.
