Hugset event. Really enjoyed this and it sort of reminded me what I have been missing. New lidar map did wonders for the area and courses avoided the worst of the undergrowth. Only a couple of smallish mistakes, but not feeling tip top and probably shouldn't have run; sore eye, sore throat and feel groggy like I have a hangover. Maybe just suffering from a spiritual connection to the students racing at BUCS relay?

Norfolk Park and Sky's Edge urban. Fancied this on some new bits of map and a few old favorites. A bit knackered from work last week and feeling run down, so ran at a relatively steady pace. Quite a bit of transport involved, but picked a few of the more interesting, rather than fastest, lines. All very enjoyable. Stopped my watch by accident at a road crossing and never restarted.

Hunterhouse Road reps: 2.01, 1.59, 1.55, 1.56, 1.55, 1.54. Felt better as the session went on, but couldn't have run another. Spent by the end, but encouraged by the significant improvement on times from a couple of months ago.
