Town and back to donate plasma. Nearly passed out about ten minutes in when the machine ramped up a notch, so had to abandon. Not sure why, low heart rate and BMI probably not helping matters. Any other runners had this problem when donating blood?

Woke up at 3am and couldn't get back to sleep, which is an unusual enough occurrence that I decided the only appropriate way to deal with it was to get up and go for a run up Win Hill to catch the sunrise. Once up there, the ridge to Mam Tor looked so appealing that I couldn't resist it. Back home to start work by 7.30 (once I had woken Jenny up because I had lost my door key...whoops). Good way to start the day, but I might not make a habit of it.
