Pegged it up to the Ox Stones to catch the sunrise, made it with about a second to spare before it started crawling over the horizon. Well worth the effort. Then felt amazing for about an hour and kept wanting to run further. Struggled a bit on the return, could have done with some food and drink. Freezing cold, especially into a headwind on the ice road back over Blacka, but was wrapped up so only my face really suffered.

More snow fun, this time in Burbage Valley. All lovely until I turned into the bitter Easterly on Houndkirk, which was frozen solid with snow blowing along the surface in rivers of fine powder. Wind chill was pretty serious, so upped to pace to get back to the sanctuary of the woods.
