Fever a little better but still very groggy and achy, definitely no chance of running and not going to make Fairfield.

Gradually felt worse after yesterday's run and ended up with a fever and aches in the night. Diagnosed with a UTI and got some antibiotics. I had this a handful of times a few years back, but thought I had got past that. Hopefully just a one-off.

Eccy Woods at a good pace with a few surges and efforts on the climbs, finished off by a hard uphill effort to the bakery. Good to do what felt like the first proper training run in a few weeks and body seems to have held up OK post-Fellsman (so far).
