Walkley sprint. Another cracking course and area - I used to live right next door to this, but it has been a long time and I don't think I have ever run a proper sprint course here before. It was ace! I had a decent enough run, got pipped by Rich R though.

My R outside forefoot is a bit sore underneath at the start of most runs, especially uphill. I think it is morton's neuroma but could be a tendon or something else. Trying a diet of rolling on a golf ball, calf massage and stretching.

Not actually in bed today and initially thought a short jog might be on the cards. However it became apparent that it really wasn't. A little better again by the evening.

Whole day pretty much in bed and didn't feel up to eating anything. No idea where this has come from, or whether it is a stomach bug or something else. I have not actually felt sick, but had a dodgy stomach and not felt like eating at all. Feeling a bit better by the evening at least.
