On flat greenbelt through Scottsdale, AZ. Nice, but concrete surface. Weary from early hour and previous day's hike, but injury didn't bother me the entire run!

Note
Spectacular hike in Sedona area. Bear Mt. trail, then off-trail along cliffs overlooking Fay Canyon. About 1200 feet of climb, and 5 miles total. Would need some serious gaitors to orienteer through the manzanita.

5k XC race course. Romer pace, but felt good to get off the roads. Best legs have felt since I started back. (10:30; 9:30; 9:52; 1:02)
